• You will not purchase cannabis products for anyone under 21 years of age
• You will not transport cannabis products outside of Washington State
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while using our services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Use and Disclaimers

All products sold by Kemp's Cannabis are intended for use in Washington State only. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Warning: There may be health risks associated with consumption of this product.
• Warning: This product has intoxicating effects and may be habit forming.
• Warning: Smoking is hazardous to your health.
• Warning: Should not be used by women that are pregnant or breast feeding.
• Warning: Cannabis can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence of this drug.
• Cannabis products should be kept away from children and pets.

3. Online Ordering and In-Store Pickup

Our website allows you to browse products and place orders for in-store pickup only. We do not offer delivery services. When placing an order for in-store pickup:

• You must present valid government-issued identification at the time of pickup
• The person picking up the order must be the same person who placed it
• Orders not picked up within 48 hours may be canceled
• Payment is due at the time of pickup
• Product availability is subject to change

4. Limitation of Liability

Kemp's Cannabis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use our website or services
• Any content obtained from our website
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our website
• Any other matter relating to our website or services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with Washington State laws and regulations:

• All sales are final once you leave the premises
• Products may be exchanged only for defects in manufacturing, at our discretion
• Exchanges must be made within 24 hours of purchase
• The original receipt and unopened, intact packaging are required for any exchange
• Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged

6. Intellectual Property

The Kemp's Cannabis website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kemp's Cannabis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within King County, Washington.
