Who Can Purchase?
You must be 21 years or older with valid ID to purchase cannabis products in Washington State. This applies to all forms including flower, edibles, concentrates, and topicals.
Possession Limits
Adults 21+ can possess:
- 1 ounce of usable cannabis
- 16 ounces of cannabis-infused products in solid form
- 72 ounces of cannabis-infused products in liquid form
- 7 grams of cannabis concentrates
Where Can You Consume?
Public consumption is prohibited. Cannabis should only be consumed on private property with the owner's permission. This includes smoking, vaping, and consuming edibles.
